Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99. Express courier is available at checkout for an additional $9.99.
Absolutely. Engraving is free on orders over $75, and $8 otherwise. Add a note at checkout or contact us for monograms and logo work.
30 days, free returns, no questions asked. The pen must be unused and in its original box. Inked pens can be returned within 7 days if there's a fault.
Every fountain pen ships with at least one cartridge or a converter, and our own-line pens are ink-tested before dispatch.
